A treatment plan and fee schedule will be discussed with you before treatment begins. Please do not hesitate to ask about our fees if you have any questions. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, all fees are due at the time the service is performed. We offer the most flexible payment options in support of your financial needs. Our Financial Manager, Ellen Read, will be happy to design a financial plan that best meets your lifestyle and goals for maintaining optimum dental health. A treatment plan for all dental work will be established before treatment begins.

Other payment options include: cash, in-state personal checks, debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Care Credit. Care Credit is a payment program specifically designed to pay for healthcare and elective treatment not covered by insurance.

Insurance

We will be happy to file your dental insurance for you. We will accept payment from your insurance carrier, but we require that you pay your estimated portion at the time of your appointment. You can help us by familiarizing yourself with the limitations of your policy, as benefits often vary. We are participating providers for United Concordia (used by active duty military families), Retiree programs (used by retired military families), MetLife, Delta Dental, United Healthcare and Cigna. *WE NO LONGER ACCEPT OR FILE TO MEDICAID.
