Janice Dickerhoff – Administrator

Janice joined Spring Lake Dental Group in late December 1997. She is originally from Alabama and graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in Montgomery. After graduation, she enlisted in the US Army and served in patient administration at Fort Carson, Colorado, for four years. North Carolina has been her home since 1992, and she is proud to have been involved in the community and various organizations over the years. Before joining SLDG, she was employed in the mortgage banking industry. She and her husband, David, have two handsome sons, Reese and John Loyd, and they enjoy spending time together at their home in Woodlake.

Roseann Maffia was born in New York but was raised in New Jersey. Roseann is a HUGE Yankees fan! Anyone who has been in her office knows how passionate she is about the Yankees! Roseann worked in the dental field for ten years before moving to North Carolina in 1996 to be closer to her family. She joined the Spring Lake Dental team in June 1997. As a full-time team member, Roseann served as the Collections Manager before eagerly going into partial retirement. She is a true patient advocate. She goes above and beyond to assist her patients in understanding their treatment plans and ensuring that insurance benefits are maximized. Partial retirement affords her the opportunity to enjoy life. Roseann enjoys spending time with her family and reading. She is an exceptional cook and sings in the church choir. She was married to her loving husband, Gary, for more than 40 years and is very proud of her 2 grown sons and 3 grandchildren!
Roseann is in the office Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. Feel free to contact her on Tuesday and Wednesday between 9am and 2pm.
Ellen Read, AAS – Financial Manager

Ellen was born and raised in Fayetteville and was part of the South View High School graduating class of 2000. After graduation, she continued her education at Fayetteville Technical Community College where she earned an Associate degree in Applied Science in Medical Office Administration to include a certificate in Office Systems Technology. She has been with Spring Lake Dental Group since November 2010. She has served as the Insurance Coordinator before becoming the Financial Coordinator who directs the Finance Department. Ellen enjoyed playing co-ed softball before handing the glove over to her son. You can find Ellen on the side lines of the baseball field proudly cheering her son as he plays baseball on a travelling baseball team.
Kira Wynn, BA – Marketing Coordinator

Kira Wynn hails from Lancaster County, PA. She graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications and Marketing, where she also played women’s lacrosse. Her family moved to Williamsburg, VA due to military orders. Kira joined the SLDG family in August 2015 and has worked in every aspect of the business team. She now handles all marketing and public relations for the office remotely. In her spare time, Kira likes to spend time with her husband and children, watch football (HOOK’EM HORNS & GO STEELERS!), as well as going to Chincoteague Island, VA.

Bonnie Lott, BS, RDH

Bonnie is a Fayetteville native, graduating from E.E. Smith High School in 1989. She attained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pembroke State University in 1993. After deciding to pursue a career in dentistry, Bonnie attended Fayetteville Technical Community College and graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1996. Over the past 28 years, she has enjoyed a very rewarding career, and she strives daily to educate, encourage, and inspire her patients towards a life of good dental health. Bonnie has been a Spring Lake Dental Group member since its inception in August 1996. She lives in Fayetteville and enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, Lindsey!
Tracey Perry Johnson, RDH

Spring Lake is home for Tracey Perry Johnson, born at Womack Army Hospital in 1970. She graduated from Pine Forest Senior High in 1988! She received an Associate of Applied Science/Dental Hygiene from FTCC in 1992. She has been a part of Spring Lake Dental Group since 1997. She took a short leave from the practice in 2020 during the initial height of Covid-19 but has recently returned. Tracey has a passion for educating patients on ways to improve and maintain optimal oral health. She enjoys discussing dental procedures and oral health products to patients. When not working, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband Michael and their two sons Ty and Myles. The newest edition to the Johnson family is her little honey, Michael Santana, her first grandchild and her dog Sosa. She enjoys being outside, playing in the dirt with her flower gardens! Tracey’s favorite flower(s) are Gebera daisies and sunflowers. She loves to visit her favorite place, the beach, and spend time from sunrise to sunset.
Angela Weaver Blake, RDH

Angela is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. She attended Morganton Road Elementary School, Westover Junior High, and graduated from Westover Senior HIgh School. Angela graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 1986 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She also holds an Associate degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and is a dental consultant with Dencore Consultants. Angela is also master certified in permanent cosmetics by the Interdermal School of Cosmetics in Arlington, Texas. She is very busy in the community. She is an active member of her church, coaches for the YMCA, plays co-ed softball, and is on a traveling ladies softball team, “Impact of Fayetteville”. Angela and her husband, Kevin, live in Fayetteville. She considers her sons, Jerry Martin and Joshua Blake, to be her greatest achievements. Angela’s success and longevity in the hygiene field is attributable to her love and concern for her patients and her passion for dental hygiene.
Shannon Sutton, RDH

Shannon Sutton is a lifelong resident of Fayetteville, NC. She attended C Wayne Collier Elementary and Hope Mills Middle School and graduated from South View Senior High in 1993. Her interest in personal health and hygiene led her to the dental hygiene program at Fayetteville Technical Community College, where she earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008. She has worked with Spring Lake Dental Group since 2009, enjoying the opportunity to assist her patients in achieving their optimum oral health. When not treating patients, she, her husband, Lamont, and son, Sean, enjoy spending time together as a family, gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
Meet Our Dental Assistants
Sabrina Clinkscales, CDA – Clinical Manager
Sabrina has been a Spring Lake Dental Group team member since July 2001. She graduated from the Fayetteville Technical Community College Dental Assisting Class of 2001, receiving a diploma in Dental Assisting. In 2004, Sabrina completed the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) certification examination, earning the credential of Certified Dental Assistant. Sabrina has gained accelerated experience in dental assisting in general dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Sabrina resides in Fayetteville with her two children!
Sabrina Gilmore, CDA
Sabrina graduated from FTCC in 2010 from the Dental Assistant Program. She began working at SLDG in April 2016. Sabrina loves educating and working with the patients. She also enjoys learning new skill sets and staying busy. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, eating, going for walks, animals, especially dogs,and spending time with family and friends, but most of all, she loves being a mother and wif.e
Dolores Necessary, CDA
Dolores is the wife of a combat-injured veteran and mother of 3 beautiful young ladies. Originally from the small east Tennessee town of Harrogate, where she graduated from Cumberland Gap High School in 2006. She and her family made a North Carolina home in 2011. Dolores was welcomed into the Spring Lake Dental Group family in 2015 as the central sterilization technician. She transitioned to chair-side dental assistant in 2016 and earned her certification from the Dental Assistant National Board in 2020. In addition to her passion for dentistry, Dolores also enjoys cooking and spending time with her family in the great outdoors.
Savannah Davis, CDA
Savannah was born in New York but has moved a lot due to the Air Force. She moved to North Carolina and attended Pine Forest High School, where she was in the JROTC program for 3 years and graduated in 2019. Savannah is engaged and plans to get married soon. During her free time, she loves to go to the gym and spend time with her family, including her two dogs, who she views as children. Savannah says that joining SLDG has been her best experience ever. She loves working here because it feels like a big family, and that is how she strives to treat patients. She loves learning something new every day. Savannah works hard and likes to stay busy and to make someone’s day.
