Financial Policy
A treatment plan and fee schedule will be discussed with you before treatment begins. Please do not hesitate to ask about our fees if you have any questions. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, all fees are due at the time the service is performed. We offer the most flexible payment options in support of your financial needs. Our Collections Manager, Roseann Maffia, will be happy to design a financial plan that best meets your lifestyle and goals for maintaining optimum dental health. A treatment plan for all dental work will be established before treatment begins. We will be happy to file your dental insurance for you.
We will accept payment from your insurance carrier but we require that you pay your estimated portion at the time of your appointment. You can help us by familiarizing yourself with the limitations of your policy, as benefits often vary. We are participating providers for the Military's Active Duty (United Concordia) and Retiree Dental Insurance (Delta Dental) Plans.
Other payment options include cash, personal check, debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo, Mastercard, Visa, Care Credit and Citi Health Card. Care Credit and Citi Health Card are payment programs specifically designed to pay for healthcare and elective treatment not covered by insurance.
