David G. Dickerhoff, DDS
Since the inception of Spring Lake Dental Group in August 1996, Dr. Dickerhoff has brought a broad background with him into his practice. Raised and educated in Maryland, hence his passion for all things ‘Terrapin, Raven and Orioles’. He graduated from the Baltimore School of Dental Surgery, Dental School, University of Maryland in 1986. He entered the military and received an additional three years of residency work within general dentistry. Tours with the 82d Airborne Division earned him his Master Parachutist’s Wings and Expert Field Medical Badge. His service in Desert Shield / Desert Storm earned the Bronze Star and Meritorious Service Medal. His time within the military impressed him with the sacrifice and dedication that service members give to their country while asking for little in return. It also forged a link with his professional staff, most of whom have ties to the military in some way. He is a member of the American Dental Association and a Master (the highest designation) within the Academy of General Dentistry. He serves within organized dentistry as a member of the Examinations Board of the Academy of General Dentistry. He also is a fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. His wife, Janice, administers his practice and helps to raise their two boys, Reese and John Loyd. They enjoy being involved in community organizations to include their church, the CARE Clinic, United Way, March of Dimes and local schools. He is most proud of the amazing staff that he has been able to attract and retain over the past 17 years. He hopes that you will feel the same about the way you are treated at Spring Lake Dental Group.
